I get it—life happens. But out of respect for my time and other clients, here’s what you need to know: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you’ll be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. If you don’t show up and don’t say anything, that’s time I can’t get back—and neither can the client who could’ve booked it. Running late? If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled depending on the service and timing. You’ll still be charged for the time booked. Repeat cancellations or no-shows may result in being blocked from booking future appointments. Please understand: I’m a small business. My time, product, and setup are all tailored just for you when you book. Thank you for respecting that.
